💡 The Millionaire Mindset

The first million is the hardest.

When you're starting from zero, everything takes more time, energy, and discipline. You're building systems from scratch, learning from mistakes, and trying to create momentum.

I started my first business, Agility Comms back in 2017 in a transport yard in a place called Widnes, which is in the North West of England.

I had to hustle, grind, figure out how to become an Entrepreneur and not just a sales person, which was my previous role for the preceeding 8 years.

Fast forward to 2025, I now own multiple businesses and also have investment properties in the same area that I started my business.

“📚 Make Money with AI-Generated Children’s Books”

Yes, people are making money creating children’s storybooks using AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney, then self-publishing on Amazon KDP.

Step-by-Step Guide:

✅ Step 1: Pick Your Concept
Think animals, space, kindness, bedtime — use ChatGPT to brainstorm plot ideas.

✅ Step 2: Write the Book
Ask ChatGPT to write a 500–800 word story (aim for ages 3–7). Tweak it in your tone.

✅ Step 3: Generate Illustrations
Use tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Canva AI to create images for each page.

✅ Step 4: Format for Amazon
Use BookBolt or Canva to lay out the pages in KDP format (8.5x8.5" is common).

✅ Step 5: Upload to Amazon KDP
It’s free. Set your price, write a compelling description, and publish worldwide.

🚀 Bonus Tip: Launch a “series” (e.g. Luna the Space Cat) to build a brand and boost long-term sales.

People in my friendship circle are making upwards of $3,000.00 per month on Amazon KDP and there is no reason why you can’t as well.

Right now at Agility, we’re deep in prep mode for the new financial year starting August 1st. That means one thing: budgeting.

Why is creating a budget so important?

✅ It gives every £ a job — no more guesswork
✅ It aligns the whole team on targets and priorities
